I get asked a LOT where the state content is pulled from. Unfortunately, I get asked this after someone fails the state content. This is a sobering warning because you CAN pass the state portion with no issues, but you might need the textbook I authored, which is the breakdown of that content in plain, understandable terminology.
For the record, NOT trying to upsell anything. We offer a free ebook of it and sell the printed version to cover our printing and shipping costs. The info is available to our students, whether you want to spend money or not. Free gets you a digital copy, and paid gets you a physical one in your hands to hold and take notes in.
Also noteworthy is the redbook we speak of, Law Code 30-40, published free on the WVREC website, and linked in our study guides on the academic timeline.
I also reviewed the state content in unit 8, and there was a review of the state content at the end of the academic timeline.
The reason for the textbook that I spent a year on was because THAT is the ultimate resource. It covers every word. For time's sake, some content from the lectures is summarized. I can't go over it all in detail. That's where this textbook comes into play, as no word is left unsaid. I can't see you failing the state portion if you get that textbook.
