Our Broker Course is the ONLY Broker Course that is always kept current with the information necessary to pass the state exam. Others may make this claim, but since the exam changes from month to month, prior knowledge of the exam's content does NOT help anyone pass.

Wade Caskey, Broker, GRI, Million Dollar Club Member and State Certified Instructor, is a retired bank holding company president who now has over 16 years experience as a real estate broker and educator. He has taught over 4,000 pre-license sales and broker students.
We offer a complete line of educational services at very reasonable prices. All of our courses are approved by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission.

The Pre-License & Broker Courses are available both "In-Class" and by "Correspondence". These 90 Hour Courses are constantly updated to keep pace with the state exam requirements.

Pre-Exam Review Class - You will receive the most up-to-date information the DAY BEFORE the state exam in a power-packed all-day review session.

Continuing Education Classes - We offer a complete line of approved seven-hour courses "In-Class" or by correspondence. Our 2010 "In-Class" schedule will be established soon and can be viewed by going to the "Courses" tab on this page.
